★ Where am I from?
I am based in Singapore! All local mail refer to addresses within Singapore, and international mail refers to anywhere outside of Singapore.
★ What are your shipping policies?
Thanks for ordering! All mail will be posted out via Singapore Post unless otherwise stated.
Local orders will typically take 3-5 days to be processed and mail may reach you within 3-5 days :-)
If you're an international buyer, orders will take 5-7 days to be processed and shipped out, and typically take 2-7 weeks depending on where you live. Customs and import taxes (VAT/GST) may apply to you if you're buying internationally (outside of Singapore). I will not be bearing the extra costs or be responsible if there are delays in your mail :-(
★ Why hasn't my mail arrived?
It could be due to various reasons such as providing the wrong/ incomplete address, or held up at your local office due to additional fees/taxes to be collected. Your postman might also just be working hard to get your mail to you. Check in with your local post office and if that doesn't work you can reach out to me via email!
Please note that I will not be responsible for any mail that is lost if you opted for untracked mail, or any damage in items due to handling from postal services :-(
★ I want to cancel my mail... Can I do so?
Unfortunately, no :-( All sales are final.
